EARTH, designed by Bruce Rowe for Anchor, is a ceramic wall light that is available in two sizes, made in Melbourne, Australia. This fitting can be used as a wall, pendant, and ceiling mounted format. The ceramic component is thrown on a potter’s wheel giving each fitting a unique, handmade quality. After an initial firing, the fittings are hand finished with glazes mixed from raw ingredients using recipes developed specifically for this lighting range. They are then fired one last time to 1,280°C to mature the glaze and finalise the piece.
